Heating element block restoration (made to order)

A boiler heater block usually fails at the tubes, not at the flange. If the flange, mounting plate and nuts are sound, we can fit them with new tubular heating elements instead of sending you looking for a complete replacement.

This is made to order. Send us the old block: we strip the burnt-out elements, weld new ones onto your original flange and return an assembly that goes back into the same seat in the boiler. It is the practical route for older or unusual boilers where a ready-made block is no longer sold.

The price depends on how many elements the block carries and on their length and power, so there is no fixed figure here. Contact the manager with a description or a photo of the block and we will quote a price and a lead time.
