Skewers

A triangular skewer holds a piece of meat the way you put it on: it cannot spin round over the coals. The 9 mm skewer suits chicken, vegetables and small cuts; the 14 mm one carries heavy shashlik, ribs and minced kebab. Handles are wood or metal; the PREMIUM line has wooden ones throughout.

Alongside them sit the other grill tools: forks of 41, 42 and 64 cm, tongs, a 420 mm spatula, a skimmer and a 645×405 mm stainless grate. Gift sets hold 6 or 12 skewers, some with a pair of forks, in a cloth or leather case or a tube.

All of it is cut and welded in Steblev on the same laser and welding kit that makes our heating elements.
