Triangular Skewer Ø9 mm Stainless Steel with Wooden Handle

Chicken, mushrooms, vegetables and finely cut pork tear on a thick skewer; on this 9 mm one they stay put. The slim tube goes through without effort and the three flat faces keep each piece from spinning and charring on one side.

Overall length is 650 mm, with 520 mm of working blade and a 130 mm wooden handle. The wood has been heat-treated so it stays cool in the hand and does not split over the grill.

The steel is stainless and needs no special care; wipe the handle dry after washing and do not leave it soaking. Sold individually. For bigger cuts, see the thicker version with the same handle.
