Triangular Skewer Ø14 mm Stainless Steel with Wooden Handle

Thick cuts want a thick skewer. At 14 mm across, this one does not sag under a full load of pork neck or chicken thighs, and its three flat sides stop the meat rotating when you turn it over the coals.

It measures 670 mm overall, of which 550 mm is the working blade and 130 mm the wooden handle. The wood is heat-treated, so it stays cool enough to hold and does not crack from the heat of the grill.

Food-grade stainless steel, so it washes like any other kitchen tool. Sold one at a time — add exactly as many as your set is missing. There is a slimmer 9 mm version for smaller pieces.
