Start by finding out which kind your water heater takes, dry or wet; the two do not swap. A dry element sits inside a protective sleeve and never touches the water, so scale cannot build up on it. We make them at 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500 W, from 325 to 470 mm long; measure the old one before ordering.

A wet element heats the water directly. Here the choice is copper or stainless tube, at 700, 1300 and 2000 W. Stainless lasts longer in hard water; copper is the traditional option.

For a flange, thread or length that is not listed, bring a sample and we will make it.
