Dry heating element for water heater 1000 W, L=400 mm

Same body as the stronger version in this range, one step down in power: 1000 W, or 1.0 kW, at 220 V. Fit the rating your tank came with; a stronger element does not make a small tank better, it only works the thermostat harder.

It is a closed-type, dry element: a straight stainless steel tube of 12 mm diameter that slides into the sealed sleeve of the tank and never touches the water, so there is no scale and nothing to drain before replacing it. Seating length is 400 mm to the stop at the tube fork, ±5 mm, overall length 420 mm; the two 6 mm terminals sit at 90° to each other. Fits Gorenje and Electrolux water heaters.
