Premium BBQ skimmer, wooden handle

Anything that has to come out of a pot without the liquid comes out on this: dumplings from boiling water, pastries from hot oil, meat from a cauldron of broth. The Ø120 mm bowl is perforated, so what drains goes back in the pot rather than onto the table.

At 420 mm it reaches the bottom of a deep cauldron while your hand stays clear of steam and spatter. The head is stainless steel, the 135 mm wooden handle does not heat up.
