A 120×80 mm blade goes under the whole of a steak, a fish fillet or a burger patty, so the piece comes over in one and does not break up on the grate. Overall length 420 mm, wooden handle 135 mm.

Two extras stop you carrying more than you need: a shaped notch at the base opens a bottle, and the serrated edge tenderises meat where you would otherwise want a mallet.
