Description
Fish, wings, vegetables, a whole chicken thigh: the things you cannot thread on a skewer go on a grate, and this one is a full 645×405 mm, so a family's worth cooks in one go. The 14 mm bars carry that weight without sagging.
Frame and surface are both stainless steel — 25×25 mm square tube for the frame, 14 mm tube for the cooking bars — and the joints are laser-welded. That leaves an even seam with no beads where grease and char normally lodge. The handles are heat-resistant.
Two removable forks come with it, 41 cm for a small barbecue and 64 cm for a wide one, plus a scraper for cleaning the grate while it is still hot, before the residue hardens. Made at our own works in Ukraine.
