Stainless steel garden rake 43 cm, with handle

The tines sit on two crossbars rather than a single strip. You notice the difference when you pull packed soil or wet leaves towards you: the head does not spring or twist, and the furrows stay straight. Twelve tines over 430 mm cover a good strip of bed in one pass while still leaving room to turn between currant bushes.

The head is stainless steel. Leave the rake out in the rain for a week, rinse it off, and it is as it was. The wooden handle, 1200 mm, comes in the box, so you can go straight out to the plot after unpacking.

Three jobs it is bought for: loosening the top layer after rain, levelling dug ground before sowing, and raking up stones, roots or cut grass.
