Water heating element – arc – 3.5 kW

A mid-size tank wants a mid-size element, and 3.5 kW with a 34.5 cm working zone (±5 %) is that: enough to heat the water in reasonable time without pushing the wiring hard. Centre distance between the fittings is 65 mm.

The fitting is made in 18 mm and 22 mm diameters; the old element or the tank opening will tell you which. Tube diameter is 13.8–13.9 mm, stainless steel, and the terminals take an M5 thread.
