Description
Between the 3.0 and 4.0 kW arcs sits this one at 3.5 kW, with a heated length of 34.5 cm (±5%). Same shape as its neighbours — a single U of stainless steel tube, 13.8–13.9 mm in diameter — and the same mounting: 22 mm fitting, galvanised nut, terminals 65 mm apart on M5 threads. Choose by tank depth and by how fast you need the water hot.
A water element is only safe when covered: fill the tank before switching on and keep the level above the tube. Handled that way, stainless steel gives no trouble.
