Water heating element – clip, Pro series – 3.0 kW

The gentlest of the Pro clips. At 3.0 kW it suits smaller tanks and wiring that would not take a bigger load, and it heats without hurry. Its heated zone runs 29 cm (±5%), so check that the tank gives you that much clear length from the fitting.

Construction is the same as the rest of the range: a stainless steel tube of 13.8–13.9 mm bent into a clip, a 22 mm fitting with a galvanised nut, terminals 65 mm apart threaded M5. It is a water element and must be fully submerged before you switch it on.
