Immersion heater – 1.0 kW

A mug, a jar or a small pan of water, a 220 V socket, and a few minutes: that is all it takes to bring water to the boil with this immersion heater. It earns its place in a hostel room, at a summer cottage, on a work trip, anywhere a kettle is missing.

The immersed part is stainless steel, so it does not rust and any scale wipes off easily. The flat ShVVP 2×0.5 cord is 1.0 m long, enough to reach from the socket to the table.

At 1.0 kW it sits in the middle of the range: noticeably quicker than the smaller model, yet still gentle on ordinary household wiring. One rule keeps it alive for years: switch it on only once the element is under water, and unplug it before you lift it out. Made by DAVIGO at our factory in Steblev.
